Everything else in the club rides on the same platform: trainer and front-desk attendance, controlled access to studios, lockers and staff rooms, and reports that show visits, retention and revenue per plan rather than a simple count at the door. Multi-branch chains get centralised member records with branch-level rules.

Front-desk teams are trained on exception handling — a member with a genuine dispute, a temporary freeze, a guest pass — so rules do not become arguments at the turnstile. Reports are reviewed with owners regularly: peak-hour occupancy for staffing, plan-wise revenue for pricing, and lapse lists for retention campaigns. The result is a gym that knows its membership instead of guessing at it.
