Product Overview
The INBIO460 is the four-door model in eSSL's InBio controller range. The current eSSL page specifies 4 doors, 30,000 cards, 3,000 fingerprints and a 100,000-event buffer.
The controller communicates over RS-485 and TCP/IP. The detailed technical specification lists four Wiegand reader ports supporting 26/34-bit Wiegand and an extended RS-485 reader port. It also supports RS-485 fingerprint readers such as the eSSL F12.
The published standard input section contains eight inputs for four exit buttons and four door sensors. The feature section additionally specifies four auxiliary inputs and four auxiliary outputs for devices such as infrared detectors, fire alarms, smoke detectors, alarms, cameras and door bells.
The system uses a 32-bit MIPS CPU, 32MB RAM and 128MB flash memory. eSSL specifies 12V controller power with 5A, a recommended operating range of 0–45°C and humidity of 20–80%.
