Product Overview
The eSSL AIFACE SUN+POE is designed for organizations that need multiple biometric authentication methods in a single terminal. It supports facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, card authentication and password verification through a virtual keypad.
The terminal supports 10,000 users, 10,000 fingerprint templates, 10,000 face templates and 10,000 cards, together with 100,000 transactions. Its 2MP WDR binocular camera is designed for facial recognition, while the fingerprint subsystem provides sub-0.5-second recognition according to eSSL's published specifications.
A major feature is its touchless biometric recognition range of 30 cm to 200 cm for face authentication. eSSL publishes facial FAR ≤0.01%, facial FRR ≤0.02%, fingerprint FAR ≤0.0001% and fingerprint FRR ≤0.01%.
The device supports TCP/IP, optional Wi-Fi, Wiegand input/output, RS485 and USB. Optional functions include Wi-Fi, 4G and backup battery. PoE is specified as IEEE 802.3af.
