We respond within one business day. Priority response applies to AMC customers and to devices under warranty.

Do you provide on-site service?

Yes. On-site service is available in cities where we have service points; remote diagnostics are available everywhere.

Warranty repairs cover manufacturing defects on devices under the standard 1-year warranty. Physical damage, misuse and tampering are not covered.

Yes. Devices past warranty can be enrolled in our AMC & Maintenance program for priority service and discounted spare parts.
