Every good deployment starts before the first invoice. Our engineers walk your site, understand how people actually move through it and recommend the exact devices, quantities and cabling routes — which means fewer surprises, no over-ordering and a bill of materials you can defend in front of procurement.

The survey covers the questions that decide a project: how many gates and doors need coverage, expected peak footfall at shift change, whether fingerprint, face or card suits the workforce, available power points, network reach and switch capacity, exit and fire requirements for locks, existing hardware worth reusing, and any compliance or tender specification you must meet. For attendance projects we also map shift patterns, overtime policy, contractor labour and payroll outputs so the software configuration is planned, not improvised.

You receive a written site report with the recommended solution, device list with quantities, integration drawing, phased rollout plan and a detailed quotation. Because the report is based on a physical visit rather than a phone call, it stands up to scrutiny from consultants, auditors and committees — and it becomes the reference document when the project moves to installation.

Surveys are free for genuine projects and typically scheduled within two to three working days across the cities we serve. Keep floor plans, headcount by shift, details of any existing biometric or CCTV equipment and your network layout ready, and the visit usually takes under two hours.
