Gyms run on memberships — and membership discipline is a data problem. MegaMind Gym Management connects biometric access to membership records, so members check in with their fingerprint or face and the system instantly knows whether their plan is active, expired or at its visit limit.

The core loop is simple and powerful: a member enrols in a plan, checks in biometrically at the door, and the system records the visit, alerts for expired memberships, and protects your revenue from 'my friend used my card' misuse. Renewals become proactive — the front desk sees who is expiring this month and can follow up before members churn.

For multi-branch gyms, membership works across locations with centralised records. The system also handles membership types, add-ons, personal trainer sessions and visit limits, with attendance and revenue reports that show what your gym actually earns from each plan.

It replaces the awkward mix of paper registers, Excel membership lists and unreliable 'who is in the gym' answers with one system that runs the door.

Implementation is deliberately light on the front desk. Members enrol at reception in a couple of minutes with fingerprint or face, plans and add-ons are created once, and rules — visit limits, freeze periods, guest passes — are configured per membership type rather than enforced by memory. Where a club already runs biometric hardware, we integrate it with the membership platform instead of replacing it, and where attendance for trainers and floor staff is also needed, that lives in the same system instead of a separate register.
