MegaMind HRMS is a complete human resource management system built for Indian businesses that are done juggling attendance software, Excel payrolls and a dozen scattered spreadsheets. Shift rules, late and early policies, overtime and weekly-off calculations are applied automatically, then routed through the leave module where every applied leave, encashment and adjustment updates the employee's balance in real time.

The payroll engine is built for Indian compliance. PF, ESI, professional tax and income-tax TDS are computed with current statutory rates, and the same data generates payslips, Form 16 inputs, PF/ESI challans and bank files. Because every earning and deduction is traceable back to the attendance record behind it, month-end disputes that used to take days now resolve in minutes.

For employees, the self-service portal (ESS) is the part they feel most: they can view payslips, check attendance, apply for leave and raise requests from their phone, without walking to the HR desk. Approvals route automatically to the right manager, and everything is audit-logged.
